Hi guys this is my acrostic poem hope you guys enjoy reading it.

What I know about Diwali

1. I know that the king had to chop off his workers hands because he didn't want the workers to build another castle like his castle.

2. I know that when it's Diwali new year that the kids go around giving food to their neighbors.

3. I also know that the people buy flowers to pray to the gods.

4. I also know that when Indian people get married they put a red line in their hair or they put a red dot on their forehead.

 

On athletics day I done discus it was so fun. 

Athletics day

On Thursday last week we had athletics and my house colour  was blue it was fun because we could do all the  sporting activities.

Beach

Going to the beach.

  play in the hot warm sand that feels so relaxing I make a sand castle.

On a bright sunny day my mum thought maybe we could go to the beach so I thought “yeah okay let's go”. SO I quickly changed into my purple and violet togs they were a one piece. ( In the weekends I stay at my mums house every fortnight ).

At the beach, I usually have a BBQ my mum usually helps her partner to cook it.

When I eat my food I feel the hotness going inside my mouth when I eat my burgers,sausages and steak.

Then after we eat we usually have ice-cream so we had cookies and cream or vanilla I choose vanilla it was cold and it almost gave me a brain freeze cause it was so cold and delicious. `

After I go into the cold nice water that feels so nice ( I go into the water with my mum ).

Then after I get out of the water and I start to build a sand castle in the warm hot sand.

  

I was going to the beach with my mum and it was so fun.

  

Room 8 is doing a rubbish free.And  from now on  we will be taking our rubbish home.

These are my ways to solve the volume of the cube.

We done boxing on Monday and it was so fun all of us enjoyed it we where laughing heaps. We where so sweaty.
